Her meeting with Tom Vilsack, scheduled for this Tuesday, is sure to be covered by the press.
But will the press cover this explosive article posted by Professor Ron Wilkins at the liberal blog Counterpunch?
In "The Other Side of Shirley Sherrod," Mr. Wilkins says she and her company "New Communities, Inc." ("NCI") exploited poor black farm workers in the '70s.
He says it's "bitter irony" she and her husband stand to gain $300,000.00 personally from the Pigford class-action case. (And the USDA agreed to pay NCI, her organization, another $13 million.)

wow, I'm shocked. Someone political taking money from all sides, exploiting ppl, lying. Say it isn't so b/c usually they are so honest and forthright.
Somehow, I knew there wasn't a bottom to this story. There may never be.
